If BreatheLITE is not opening/starting and you had a previous install of BreatheLITE (pre Microsoft Store version), please follow the steps below:
1. Uninstall BreatheLITE
2. Delete the "C:\ProgramData\BreatheLITE" folder
3. Re-install BreatheLITE from the Microsoft Store
Note: If this does not solve the problem, please raise a support ticket or contact our support team.
